Here at comparetiles we operate a Post code - Weight based shipping system. Here we base all our shipping cost on the weight of the products along with your post code to determine the cost of your shipping. Click here to check your shipping cost. We also have a collection service, if you wish to send your own haulier in or collect it yourself.

Our courier will be asked to give you a call an hour before delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for and any shortages, damages, or other discrepancies 'must be detailed' on the delivery note and reported within 48 hours. We therefore ask that someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the goods.
Our orders are delivered by a 26 tonne tail-lift lorry and are kerb-side only. It is imperative we are aware in advance of any restrictions in access to your delivery location so alternative delivery arrangements can be made. Should deliveries fail due to lack of advice it may be necessary to make an additional charge for a re-delivery.

Wall Tiles weigh between 10 - 18kg per metre
Floor Tiles weigh between 15 - 22kg per metre
Porcelain Tiles weigh between 22 - 28kg per metre
Stone Tiles weigh between 25 - 30kg per metre.
You can return complete boxes of tiles to us within 1 months of purchase, providing we receive them in good condition. This applies to stock items only. The charge for this is 25% of the net value of the goods returned, which ever is the greater (subject to vat). No returns can be accepted without an invoice under any circumstances. Please check tiles immediately and sign for any goods that look damaged as DAMAGED. Please inform us immediately of any damages (with images) or discrepancies as claims cannot be dealt with after installation.
